Charlie is Waters Edge Dentistry’s Chief Comfort Officer and full-time anxiety specialist. His job is simple: make every patient feel a little calmer, a little happier, and a lot more loved. Whether he’s greeting patients with a wagging tail, offering gentle hugs, leaning in for reassuring cuddles, or handing out his signature puppy kisses, Charlie has a special way of helping nervous patients relax before, during, and after their appointments. With advanced training in tail wags, emotional support, and unconditional love, Charlie takes pride in turning anxious smiles into confident ones. His calming presence helps create a warm, welcoming environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and cared for.
